Gavin Across America

Welcome to our new blog! I couldn't keep using Brinda's in Guam since that isn't relevant! So we are now tackling the Northeast for the next (almost) 2 years.

I know you have been wondering where all the pictures are from our trip across the U.S. and I am sorry there has been a delay but blogging while on the road was not possible. So I do plan to share our cross country adventures now! (BTW we have made it to Groton, CT and are in the process of getting settled)

Our flight from Guam to Hawaii was uneventful and Gavin did really well considering it was almost 8 hours long. We spent two nights in Hawaii to break up our flights to the states and to help us adjust to the time changes.

We were able to enjoy some pool time where Gavin met a little friend in the kiddie pool! He had a great time in the pool splashing around and semi-floating.

The fig tree behind us is nicknamed Gus, at the Hale Koa, but I can't remember why. It was HUGE!!
This last pic was taken while Gavin was cruising around the patio furniture at the Hale Koa. This is all I have for Hawaii but I plan to post pics for each of our stops during our cross country trip. Stay tuned!!

  1. So glad you made it and enjoyed your cross country trip. Can't get over how much Gavin resembles you, Jen. He is just so darn adorable. What happened with your dogs?
