December Happenings

I cannot believe we are already facing the end of 2019 and the beginning of a new decade already! Since my last post, Avery has had a lot of firsts! First time seeing snow and sledding:
And
First time meeting Mrs. Claus and Santa!

First time picking out a Christmas tree!
We did a quick trip to Boston for two nights and it was a first for the whole family!

Then Gavin and Avery got to see Santa again back home:

Avery cried at this Santa Visit
Gavin ran his first race! It was Run for a Claus and all the runners got a Santa suit to wear. He ran 0.25 miles with his Daddy and had a great time!

Avery and Gavin also got to enjoy their first holiday party. Gavin's playgroup that he goes to weekly had a little party for the kids.

Also, Ms. Avery turned 7 months old on the 22nd of December.

And of course Avery had her first Christmas! Gavin was very helpful and opened most of the gifts under the tree.

Gavin got a fun car table from Santa and the kids got a fun toy to share.

We all had a wonderful Christmas morning and then got to have Christmas dinner with our friends, the Schecters, that we knew in Guam!

And then just this past weekend we got to visit with friends I knew in college!

We hope you are enjoying your holidays!!

PEI Lighthouses and Coastline

There was so much beautiful coastline on PEI and we tried to see as many lighthouses as possible, so I thought I'd share them all in one post. I hope you enjoy them!!
